We definently shoudn't call anyone a "Fool", Who are we to judge anyway, people become fools by themselves but we should not open our mouths and say it.

Again you are taking ONE verse out of context, Turn to Matt. 25:1-13, & see what Jesus said, This is a parable, but Jesus use this for an example, There were 10 virgins,This term Virgin is not used as having a sexual relationship But of not having a spiritual revelation, They all slept, & at Midnight there was a cry made, & the 5 wise virgins, took oil with them & the 5 Foolish virgins had no oil, & while the 5 foolish went to buy oil(Example, They went to Benny Hinn, Pat Robertson, Jerry Falwell, & so on, The door was closed or shut, what door is this, the door of True Revelation of God's word. Now you see Jesus turning around after he said call no man a fool, yet he himself said these virgins were foolish, Now read Romans 1:21 Because that, when they knew God they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful but became vain in their imaginations & their foolish heart was darkened. Do you need more verses. See you can't just take one verse & make a doctrine out of it, because you have many more verses looking at you face to face that needs an answer.

In the book of Proverbs, we are told not to call anyone a fool. We are also told not to reason with a fool, since a fool cannot be reasoned with. Ever give someone a clear warning and they continue down the wrong road anyway? That's a fool.

I believe the word tells us we were not created to be fools, and to call someone a fool might just send that person into a decline, from which that person may not escape the rest of his life. The rumor spreads what you said of this person, and everyone will shun that person, and not allow an encouragement. Preachers on the pulpit call us fools in many words that condem us for being foolish, and not believing as they, a learned person as they like to be known as, therefore they err, and fail to recognize the directness of Gods word to our hearts.

In the preceding verse (Matt. 5:21) Jesus called attention to the well-known fact that whoever committed a murder would be accountable to the court of justice, and then to this common understanding he added the words of verse 22 to show how much more exacting were the new precepts he was pronouncing. One might become angry for a reason, but to continue in that provoked state would allow an opening for the Devil and might result in our sinning. (Eph. 4:26, 27, NW) So continued anger toward a brother would put one in need of correction, as symbolized by the court of justice. For that anger to manifest itself in “an unspeakable word of contempt” would be even more serious and call for stronger correction or punishment, as symbolized by the higher court or Jewish Supreme Court, the Sanhedrin. But to start judging a brother as a “despicable fool”, which might Scripturally imply he blasphemes and denies Jehovah God (Ps. 14:1), is extremely serious and could make one liable to eternal destruction, or, in other words, “to the fiery Gehenna.” So Jesus used things familiar to the Jews—the court of justice and the Supreme Court and fiery Gehenna—to convey to them the increasing weight and severity of the punishments that would come for sins of increasing seriousness.

I think calling someone a fool in every religious texts is commonly used. It seems mild to me and I'm cool with it eventhough I'm not Christian.
Fools are those who are blind to the Truth and refuse to even make any effort to learn about it. That's how religious texts interpret them.

Only a fool calls another a fool.
He who thinks he is wise surely is a fool.
A fool says in his heart there is no God.
