It was Rueter's but yeah, it's a total exageration. "We've been destroyed." I think of doing alot of things because of my desperate situation. I'm not healthy enough to take just any job. But the jobs I could do require money...education or paid employment service. And to get an SSI lawyer would cost money too. It takes money to make money, even at the bottom. So I've definitely thought of doing something wrong. But I always think ahead "what if" it hurts someone, I get caught, my son is affected. I always think it through and decide not to do it. So either there's a lot of other desperate people coming from other countries incapable of thinking it through, in which case our authorities who are capable need to stop pandering to them. OR they're so used to getting their own way, from all the pandering, they don't usually have to think it through. A few dramatic news stories is all they need to get whatever they want.
If it could hurt my son on down the road I definitely wouldn't do it. And regardless of politics or whatever, she should have thought of that.

wow, what a tough situation to have to deal with. I'm absolutely not an expert on this but it sounds like, although your not depressed, you must be thinking about the whole situation a lot. That can really take a toll on you, probably as to why people think you look so bad. Listen though, it's not your fault for your dad cheating. Men are instinctually wired to "spread their seed", as to why so many men cheat or seem to have commitment issues. There was nothing you could do, it was out of your control on that aspect, so please don't worry about that. I know that it's gotta be really tough to have to keep this secret from your mom, but for her own good its best not to tell. I think it would hurt her, so although it might eat at you, you're doing the right thing by not telling her. You do need someone to talk to, maybe not the school counselor but someone that will keep your secret safe but be a good outlet to give you some feedback. (Hopefully someone here can help you out in that way) *Edit: I agree with a few of the other answers, babies are not problem solvers, they will just make things more complicated especially in the way today's economy is behaving.

The illegals have nobody else to blame, but themselves for entering this country illegally!
I say build the damn wall, arm the border guards, and arrest and deport, now! The hell with the rest!

People living outside the law bring damage to their own families. Illegals get caught then they want to blame authorities for their own doing?
They had a choice, gambled and lost.

It was a Rueters story, Yahoo does not write anything for themselves, just use stories from other sources.
It is sick that they are making the illegals look like victims. We need to stop granting citizenship to the offspring of illegals and just deport them all.

It is the parents fault and only theirs. They made the choice to come illegally and have children. They knew what could happen. They can just take the children with them.

I agree.
They willfully and knowingly break the law when they come here, knowing they face being deported. They willfully and knowingly break the law when they STAY here, knowing they face being deported. If and when they are deported, it's their fault. If they don't want to "tear the family apart", take their children with them, or stay in their own country in the first place.

The tearing apart of families is just another example, of many, of how irresponsible and selfish illegal immigrants can be.

I don't care. Families are torn apart when other criminals are hauled off to the klink, too. Illegals commit a federal offense when they sneak into this country, and I'm not going to bear THEIR responsibility.
