According to God’s grace that was given to me, as a skilled master builder I have laid a foundation, and another builds on it. But each one must be careful how he builds on it, because no one can lay any other foundation than what has been laid—that is, Jesus Christ. If anyone builds on the foundation with gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay, or straw, each one’s work will become obvious, for the day will disclose it, because it will be revealed by fire; the fire will test the quality of each one’s work. If anyone’s work that he has built survives, he will receive a reward. If anyone’s work is burned up, it will be lost, but he will be saved; yet it will be like an escape through fire.
1 Corinthians 3:10-15
Because the foundation is Jesus Christ, everyone who builds on that foundation will be saved. But these believers will present to God the lives that they have lived for him. Some of them will present lives of gold, silver, and jewels—lives built on the truth of the gospel and spent in sacrifice and service to God. These builders will receive a reward (see 3:8). Some will present lives that amount to no more than wood, hay, and straw, and all that they did and accomplished in this world will be burned up. These builders will be saved, but only as through fire, as if they jumped out of a burning building and lost everything but their lives. They will enter heaven but will not receive the same reward as those who built well.

Yes, a saved person can get out of the will of God in the sense of no longer doing God's will.
Yes, a person in a saved condition can lose his salvation. If this were not so, then there would not be countless warnings in scripture telling us to make sure that we hold fast to it.

A saved person can always become out of the will of God, but does not mean they've lost salvation.
Remember, a person is sealed with the Holy Spirit when saved.

I would hope that God would be able to hold on to you if he was the one to foreknow, predestine, and call you unto himself in the first place. God doesn't guess at his own will. He decrees it.
Of course if you don't believe this, then sure, you can get out of the will of God, or lose your salvation, God can do nothing but watch and hope.

Time and again Paul likens the Christian’s course to a “race” that must be run to the finish. “Let us run with patience the race that is set before us,” he urged the Hebrews. (12:1, KJB) Once entered in the race by being “saved,” a Christian takes “hold of the life which is life indeed.” But is it possible to lose that grip on life? Paul answers with this question: “Do you not know that in a race all the runners compete, but only one receives the prize?” In the Christian race, Paul indicates the “one” who receives the prize is anyone who finishes the race. Therefore, Paul urges, “So run that you may obtain it.” Then, using himself as an example to make the point of his illustration, he continues: “I pommel my body and subdue it, lest after preaching to others I myself should be disqualified.”—1 Tim. 6:19; 1 Cor. 9:24-27, RSV.
Once saved, always saved is not Biblical.

Many believers are divided as to this answer. Some churches believe in 'Once saved always saved' and others do believe that one can be saved then back slide and must be born again all over again. I do believe that a christian can backslide away from the Lord but always in the back of their mind they know that whatever it is that they are doing is out of Gods will." My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they will follow me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father's hand," (John 10;27-29) We are the sheep.

Definitely you can be replaced in God's will. Remember Moses? God replaced him to lead the people into the promised land.
