Best time is Sept or Dec. Best line is Carnival. (Best value for your cruise dollar). Best way to book is Call Carnival and book through one of their Personal Vacation Planners. Best ship in my opinion is the Carnival Glory out of Port Canaveral.

If you are wanting the best time to take a cruise, it is anytime other than Spring Break. That is unless you are a college student...then it is the perfect time to go. I also avoid anytime the younger kids are out of school.
