i feel like having chicken noodle soup for dinner as a light meal but what else can i eat with it in order to make it a healthy meal???

a salad would be perfect before the soup. This would give you minerals and vitamins and also help with weight loss.

You can't go wrong with boneless, skinless chicken. It truly is a wonderful way to go. Depending on how many calories/day your intaking, a great dinner is chicken with veggies and a wild card (Could be a baked potato, could be applesauce). Be careful not to eat too low on your calorie range, because that could severely damage your metabolism. I am currently using a calorie counter over at www.sparkpeople.com and it has helped me a lot, I'm eating around 1300-1600 calories a day.

IF this is Campbells chicken noodle, dont eat it, since it has Monosodium glutamine...that's so bad.
