Not only does Chia-Duran want full Amnesty from President Bush's Leave No Illegal Alien Behind Act, but he also wants full immunity of his crimes due to foreign treaties - treaties supported by the Bush Administration.

The defendant, Eligio Chia-Duran. Chia-Duran, wore a black headset, during the proceedings, and listened to his lawyer’s arguments through a translator. Wearing a red, Clayton County Jail jumpsuit, he occasionally looked over his shoulder to glance at the two Forest Park Police Department detectives who arrested him the day after Christmas.

She had blood in her diaper, her brain was bleeding, and physical evidence suggested she had been molested.
Turner said about 100 pages of single-spaced medical records, verified by more than five doctors, is “unrefutable” evidence against Chia-Duran. Chia-Duran faces a possible maximum sentence of 60 years in prison.
Turner argued there was no evidence of “harm or prejudice,” because Chia-Duran wasn’t told of his right to seek help from the Mexican consulate, and the detectives had no way of knowing the man wasn’t an American citizen.

Paul - As the story points out, if the defendent is found innocent due to the fact that officers did not provide him his international rights of a meeting with the Mexican consalute, then the over 1 million illegal alien criminals (murderers, rapists, etc.) will also be granted a repeal of their convictions.
The Supreme Court bends over backwards to throughout the constitution and subvert American law to international laws and treaties.

if he is let free i hope someone kills him. anyone who hurts a child is lower then a dog. i wouldn't spit on him if he was dying of thirst.
if he is sent to our prison system, other inmates will find out what he did. they will be out to kill him. i hope he gets his just desserts.

The legal age is 16 in Canada, so that takes away the problem of statutory rape. I'm 14 years older than my partner, but then I'm in my mid 50s and he's in his early 40s which gives us a lot more life experience in common. If anything, he's the "brake" on my impetuosity, and when I'm all gung-ho to go skydiving from a plane he's the one who will remind me I had my knee replaced just six months ago and is skydiving REALLY such a good idea! If I were going to make a suggestion: work on becoming friends -- and very good friends, at that -- before even considering introducing sex into the relationship. You already have a good deal of life experience which he doesn't; and one thing which is common among gay and straight guys is that our first real romantic and sexual experience is really intense and it's real easy for us to get our hearts broken. He may be gorgeous, and look and act like an adult, but he is still 16 years old. I'm not saying that you shouldn't have a relationship with him at some point, but I don't think you want to risk breaking his heart, especially while the two of you are sharing a lease -- so my suggestion would be to GO SLOW.

He should go to prison and be deported after a year to continue his jail sentence in his own country. This is what happens to all criminals who are not US citizens, even if they are here legally. If we do not incarcerate him here, then he should be extradited to his country and incarcerated there, in worse conditions than he would ever have here.
It seems as though you are trying to make an argument against illegal immigrants, though I don't think anyone would support this man staying in our country, just like we wouldn't support any non-US Citizen who is a criminal being able to abuse our rights.
By the way...it's "Sí se puede"....that has bothered me everytime I see a post by you.

That is disgusting! You know what send him to our prison system he will be someone's ***** there. Don't worry all the Pro Amnesty supporters are going to defend this too.
**SUP, rape is far worse than cutting someone into pieces god forbid if you wife, mom, daughter etc were raped and had to LIVE with it for the rest their lives, like this baby. Some people always try to justify or compare apples to oranges. WAKE UP PEOPLE, THIS MONSTER DID THIS TO A 8 MONTH OLD BABY!!!! And is running so scared that he is turning to Mexican government for help. If he did nothing wrong why is he going to that extreme?? We do it for one then reason stands we have to do it for all of them.

So... because one guy is a criminal, we should deport 12,000,000 other people? Fine by me if it comes out of your tax dollars. Of course, it will cost BILLIONS to do this. Even President Bush says its impractical, because it is.
BTW: If the guy you mentioned is guilty they should drop him in Sadr City wearing an Uncle Sam suit... or some other such equally creative means of whacking him - its disgusting what he supposedly did.
