The answer is not entirely unambiguous. Any paint will resist the radio waves in a way that it will not become discolored or fall off from the surface.
If you mean paint that will block radio waves you have to make the distinction between reflective shielding and energy absorbent paint. Then it is also important to specify the spectrum (frequency or wave length) that is acting on the paint.

Almost all paints are radio wave resistant. I think you probably mean RF shielding paint. Any paint with high conductive metal content would work. Aluminum and copper paints with high solids are often used for RF shielding. You don't need special formulations, just go to a boating supply store and buy the highest copper content alkyd or epoxy bottom paint.

i do not know what is resistent paint. radio waves are some range of frequency that can be filtered by filter or attenuated a range for specific applications.

I've never heard of any effecive paint if you're lookingg for something that attenuates RF ... I'm not sure what you mean by "resistant".
