Is i possible to live in the sewer systems like the teenage mutant ninja turtles? Are the sewers big enough to live in? Is it possible to go building to building via the sewers?

Well, aside from the sewer system, that is diseased and nasty as well as dangerous with frequent flood, many old cities have huge areas that were built over. In the US NY City has but it is really got a huge population, with some areas boasting electricity and some water. London and a huge number of European Cities also do as they are even older. A lot of areas use to be sub cellars and ancient underground rail lines and they have a huge number of people living free and easy, and fairly lawless.

It's fine until a heavy rain hits and you get washed into the river. They turn into raging waterways.
