Some software requires the original CD to fully install. If the above suggestion doesn't work, leave the program on your old drive, rename the drive and set it up as a slave might be an option.

Also if you run a Belarc scan, you may be able to get the product key. From there you can contact Photoshop and ask them about a transfer procedure or a replacement CD.

Connect hard disc from old PC in new, register him as SLAVE with jumper on the back side of HD (new PC will register him as ARCHIVE) and when you run PC in windows explorer you'll see C & D drive and its directories. Simply move (drag with mouse) applications from D drive in appropriate directory on C drive (usualy PROGRAM FILES) and thats all. NOTE, some applications will working correct on new hard disc but some will demand new installation (because some oparation files of this applications are installed into the windows system directory). When you are remove all folders from old to new HD shut down PC, remove old HD and then again run PC. After that try wich of new applications will work and wich not (in PROGRAM FILES open the folder of this application and run .exe file). And one MOST IMPORTATNT THING: always when you make some operations int the PC (on motherboard) TURN OFF voltage (current) - put the current plug OUT from wall socket! You may try the Backup Function.

Make a backup of you old computer files and reload it in the new. It should work if you have the same operating system.

Good luck

does the old computer have a USB port in back? if it does and you have drivers to use the port, just use a memory stick to transfer the program. if that don't work, you can try compressing the progran using WINZIP and put them on floppies
