Your B.M.I is 17.5 ....that's underweight. You should put on at least 5-6 kg is enough to look and be healthy.
Eat all your meals and dont munch....that spoils your appetite.
Increase your protien intake,meat,eggs,poultry,fish,veg,fruits.
Drink enough H2O.
Do some weight training.Get someone to help you out or check the internet for some idea. This builds up your muscle mass and you stay fit and pretty too.Plz dont overdo it,then you bcome 2 musculine, only do enough to stay fit and develop some body mass. Good Luck.

Increase food intake and calories per-day. It's a simple answer, but it is the simplest way to gain weight. You don't want to eat huge meals, just eat calorie worth of food. It's not going to be quick weight gain if you want it to be healthy. I think you should get five-six meals a day (breakfast, early snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and maybe a dessert) don't load up on too much fats, because that is just unhealthy in general. If it's hard for you to eat more eat foods that you like more often. Dairy is a good source of healthier fat, and protein. You might want to eat more carbohydrates, but remember don't eat huge amounts of food to get the instant gradification, you'll mess up your metabolism if you do. You really need to look at it in terms gaining small amounts of weight little by little, if you want to sustain a healthy metabolism and body.

particular you could. it is elementary technology. If the means you devour is larger than the means you employ.. you'll save the eccess means as fat. Our means source is basically from food and drinks.... so devour and drink better than you burn off and also you'll benefit weight interior the variety of fat. even if, this isn't the healthiest selection to gaining weight. What I propose is that you attempt to achieve extra muscle tissues through universal workout mutually with some weight preparation... and also you'll burn off the means through progression better muscle.... You dont ought to seem as if a weight lifter... use extreme repetition weight workouts to tone up throughout. the bigger the weights the bigger the muscle mass, typically. benefit muscle you benefit weight.... you'll opt to devour healthful to achieve and take care of that muscle.... and also you do not ought to placed on fat.
