a bit more mellow than Manhattan and Brooklyn, but still crowded as its the largest and most populated of all the boroughs of new york
many nice areas, many quiet residential streets, but also larger urban portions such as Astoria, Flushing, and Jamaica.

Friendlier folks in Brooklyn, and more down to earth folks in the Bronx. As far as Queens, the closer you get to the Nassau County Long Island border, the more snobbish the Queens residents become.

Southside Jamacia Queens is straight up ganstahhh mang! But if you live in a nice residential neighborhood like Doug and Kerry Heffernon, you should be aiight.
