I think the momma cat just hasen't taken care of it. All the pet stores are closed (it's late) and I was just wondering if there was anything at home I could use to feed him with. Any help would be great.

Take a warm washcloth and gently wipe the eyes to remove the matter that keeps it closed, repeat this for a couple of days till it the eyes open up good & it clears up.

For feeding, usually you can find a mother's milk supplement in the pet aisle at any local grocery store or 24 hr foodmart, or similiar store that sells pet items. Usually you will need a an old medicine dropper or syringe to feed. And keep the kitten warm in a towel or blanket.

It sounds like its a new born. Id wrap it in a small towel and keep it close. if you can find a 24 hour vet or emergency one call them for what t odo. Other than that, ise a warm wash cloth to clean up the kittens fur if its sticky or dirty. Kitten formula (which is powder you just add water to) and an eye droper should be enough. Wherever you found the kitten, you may want t otry looking around. it most likely the mother and possibly other kittens are nearby.

Are you sure the momma abandoned the kitten? The mother could be hiding from you. If it doesn't look like it's been abandoned, maybe it wasn't.

Take the kitten to an emergency care -- to at least pick up formula. Cow's milk is not particularly nutritious for a kitten and it will probably give it diarrhea.

Keep it very warm. You can give him milk with a needless syringe, but make sure you don't choke it. Also, keep in mind that cow milk gives them diarrhea, but until you buy kitten formula give him a little bit. Then rub his behind softly with a wet cloth to help him poo.
Also, if he is large enough to walk around and has teeth, maybe you could give him some mashed boiled chicken, if he licks it off your finger, don't force him to eat it.

If his eyes are closed that means he was recently born.....try and feed him some milk, if you have an eyedropper this will work well, as you will need to feed him.
