The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
According to the Book of Mormon, the resurrected Jesus visited with the ancient inhabitants of the Americas (see 3rd Nephi 10-27). During that time, the believers among the Nephites were arguing over what they should call the church. Jesus answered with:
"And how be it my church save it be called in my name? For if a church be called in Moses' name then it be Moses' church; or if it be called in the name of a man then it be the church of a man; but if it be called in my name then it is my church, if it so be that they are built upon my gospel."
The name of the church includes the phrase "of Latter-day Saints" to distinguish it from the church during the Meridian of Time.

All followers of Christ are the "Church". I have no denomination,
I worship God 7 days a week (as per Romans Chapter 14 & 15)
I eat any food I so desire as all have been declared clean, again (as per Romans 14 & 15 -along with several other places).
