What's the youngest age a boy/man can develop testicualr cancer?

Testicular cancer can happen at any age to a male (infancy to 100+). However testicular cancer is different in a child than it is in an adult:

Mostly this affects men in their late 20s or early 30s, but there's nothing that says it can't happen to younger or older men.

usually late 20 or early 30s .i was diagnosed at 31. ten year survivor now

if the male has testes, he can get cancer.
