i have my officemate who revealed his affection to me..he texting me and saying he love me..but the worst of it hes older than my father..sometimes i miss him..because he always make me smile..but is it possible to fall for him or its just an infatuation?

Yes, falling for someone and loving them really has nothing do with age. It has to do with how they make you feel. Just make sure his feelings are true and he isn't just playing again.
Age isn't really a lot. As long as you are over the age of 18. It's legal to date and love whom you choice.

it doesnt sound like you really know this guy. I would take it really slow, because it can seem like a possible true love. But im with a guy double my age im 22 and hes 42. And now that im older (when we met i was 18 and escaping a bad situation to another not so good i know now! lol) I see how we are in different levels in life period. And i dont get to grow with someone hes already been there 20 years ago. Its really rough, and at times even now after having a child i feel like ive made a mistake. So please take my advice, and if your going to try make sure you ask yourself all the tough questions. You can find someone closer to your age im sure, and the added stress from your in laws who would be close to your grandparents age and boss you around. Oh so not fun. Hope that helps. ~ sheky ~

When the birds sing and the bells ring, age doesn't seem to matter. But what are you talking about? do you want to get married or just have an affair or what? What does he want? I've looked at some of the girls my daughter's age and they are great looking. But for me, I couldn't imagine spending time with them...their life experiences are totally different from mine. My wife and I are age compatible and very happy. Younger women are nice to look at but I've no interest in touching. But there are some hotties out there in their 60s and 70s, let me tell you.

ultimately, you have to look at the facts. do you want to be a widow/nurse at 40?
if you dont mind age stuff and all that, then he's just a man. and if he is nicer than those around your age, why not?
but frankly, making a girl smile is not a big deal (even if it's always). most guys can do that if they are hot for the girl.
you're going to have to come up with a whole lot more reasons why he is THE ONE.
