I have taken Iron tablets, B-12, Flaxseed, drink 5 hr energy and I have had no luck. I even start the morning with 4 cups of coffee. Any advice?

Your iron tablets are just as good for you as licking a rusty nail. They are synthetic.

Your B 12, unless its food form is synthetic.

Flaxseed is fine as its a fatty acid for cell structure.

Message me a link to your five hour products I can tell you what's in it.

Four cups of coffee... great, a diuretic... and further exhaustion of your adrenal glands.

You are walking an uphill battle and also, Harvard has studies to prove that the food pyramid is upside down.

Eat BREAKFAST, sleep well, and stay away from junk foods, cigarettes and too much alcohol and caffeine to start.

Cut back on the coffee and energy drinks. You're shocking your body with all these "remedies". Give your body exactly what it needs: fuel! Eat a well-balanced diet and stop relying on pills that you think will help, which are obviously not. Take a look at the food pyramid and you have all you will need. And it wouldn't hurt to workout several times a week.

B12 Should have done something. I would say something to your doctor, your body may not be processing B vitamins correctly. good luck. I would also avoid any energy drink that has large amounts of sugar or caffeine. I like XS energy drinks because they have a good balance of B12 and no sugar.
