My ethnicity is Asian Indian. I was born with very light skin. Now my face, neck, forearms, and legs are very dark, but the rest of my body is very light. I am guessing its because of being out in the sun too much. But is there a way to fix this and go back to my natural skin color? I would really like my body to be one color. Thanks to anybody for good suggestions.

Apply sunscreen to those body parts that are exposed to the sun.

The first thing I would tell you is that all babies are born pale and fair. They have never seen the sunlight so it is only natural.
I would suggest that you try to stay out of the direct sunlight, but when you cant avoid it always wear the highest possible sunscreen and cover up with a hat and longsleeved shirt.
But if you cant get your body all one colour, and years of being out in the sun can cause this, maybe you could fake tan the paler parts of your body.
