it depends.
my mom had me and my brother 14 years apart.
I help her with him.
I'd think if itwas like 1 or 2 years apart no. because when your learning how one reacts to things the other one is off reacting to new things lol

Yes, with the first everything is so new and hard to manage. Having more than one is a lot easier because you are more confident in yourself as a parent.

I wouldn't say easier but a parent seems to be more relaxed with a 2nd child-which is a good thing in some ways but bad in others, I tended to be more strict w/ my first born and not with my 2nd-which lead to him getting into more trouble than the first one did!

In my opinion it is as easy as you let it, After I had my son I found out I was pregnant again! My twin girls were born when he was only 11 mo's old. I thought I was going to have a heart attack! I had such a hard time at first waking up every 2 hours or so to feed not only one but two babies and then getting up at the crack of dawn to be up with my son. My husband at the time worked the night shift so he slept all day for work. I struggled with this thought in my head about "how was I going to do it!" I am not going to lie- it was hard as hell the first 3 months then as time went by and I forced myself to get up and take care of my children everyday It got easier and I found ways to quicken up little tasks just so I could relax and enjoy my little ones, I learned some on my own (parents intuition) and by asking my mother, grandmother, mother-in-law etc..advice and they all gave me great advice and support. Just take it as it goes. It is hard but well worth it and I think for you if you are only having one instead of twins...girl you can do it if I can! Good Luck!

With a second child, you're usually more confident that you're doing the right thing when it comes to discipline, feeding and health and funny enough they tend to be more easy going. You will feel the pressure of having more than one child on your hands though.

If you ask my mom she'll say I was no problem (I was the second child.) My older sister had learning disabilites and requried alot of attention, I however was very independent and even potty trained myself=] So, it all depends on your kids=]] Best of luck to you.
