The first sentence means: I hope that we will stay friends for a long time. (amiga = girl, amigo = boy, amigos = can be both girls and boys, sorry I´m just saying this so you know I translate you the sentence right).
The other sentence means: I can´t stand to see you for just a few times (tan poco can also be translated by: so seldom, or so rarely, but I´m not sure if you use those words that usually over there, of course I can be wrong).

I love the Spanish language, it's so beautiful.
The first sentence means: "I hope we will be friends for a long time". Your friend must be female as she said "amigas" not "amigos".
The additional sentence means "I can't put up with seeing you so little".
If you're not learning Spanish, I would recommend it; it's easier than French (both in pronunciation and grammar) and it sounds so romantic!
