Day 7!
The "Lord's day" and the "Sabbath" are two different things. The SDA's celebrate Saturday as the sabbath and it is the sabbath. Sabbath meaning the seventh day, Saturday is the seventh day, Sunday being the first day of the week. Traditionally, days start at sunset and go to sunset the next day so, as stated above, the SDA's start their 'seventh day' on Friday night.
The "Lord's day" is celebrated on Sunday, from midnight to midnight. You really can't call one the other as they are two different things.

In the New Testament, nine of the Ten Commandments were repeated (Mark 10:19, Luke 18:20, Rom. 13:9). The only commandment not repeated was to "Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy" (Ex. 20:8).
The early Christians met on the first day of the week (Matt. 28:1, Mark 16:2,9, Luke 24:1, John 20:1, 19, Acts 20:7, I Cor. 16:2) probably because, 1) Sunday was the day of the Lord's resurrection, 2) the six post resurrection appearances were on Sunday, and 3) the Holy Spirit came on Sunday. Rev. 1:10 called Sunday the Lord's Day. And, in scripture, the number eight is always used to mean "new beginning," i.e. -- eight people on the Ark, etc.
But more than anything, it's not what day you choose to rest that concerns God, it's why you do it in the first place (I Sam. 16:7).

It's the Seventh day, Saturday, and the Sabbath starts at sundown Friday night and lasts until sundown Saturday. Saturday is the day us Seventh Day Adventists go to Church and it is always a comfort to worship the Lord on the day He hallowed. Read The Ten Commandments, specifically the Fourth Commandment. That is where it says that the Lord hallowed that day. This happened before the Jewish people even came into being. So it was never limited to just the Jewish people. It was offered to all the gentiles, but a majority refused to accept it.

I am assuming you are asking which day is the Sabbath. We first must understand the way God set up "time keeping". For that we go to Genesis Chapter 1 Day is from sundown to sundown and not from "midnight" to "midnight".
Note Genesis 1:5, 8, 13, 19, 23, 31
"...and the evening and the morning"
Next we go to Chapter 2...
2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
And we find that the Sabbath as ordained by God is on the SEVENTH day.
Next we must find out which of our modern days line up with the original, and for this I simply go to Jewish tradition, a tradition that has been kept since Genesis 2:2.
"Friday" evening at sundown begins the Sabbath and it ends at "Saturday" at sundown which of course becomes the beginning of the first day of the week.

The seventh day. Saturday. Exodus 20:10 ...but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the LORD your God.
Are you kidding me Chan Chan? Show me that in the Bible please.
Mikalina did you just call me a killjoy? There is nothing more joyful than the freedom from stress for one full day a week.
