i do treadmill for 20-30mins cycle same time sometimes machines soemtimes dumbbells crunches everyday can anybody suggest new crunches than the regular ones. i have lot of weight on my hips n lower abs.

mounian biking is better than a treadmill because you use more muscles do crunches with weights

crunches wont help you to get rid of belly fat - you cant spot reduce body fat.
the only fat burning exercise is cardio - do it 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat) and combine it with light weight training to tone muscles and not lose them.
you can still do crunches but twice a week is enough - do 3 sets of 20-30reps. never work on the same muscle group two days in a row.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

One wise man said abs aren't made in the gym there made in the kitchen. And I complete agree if your looking to lose that stubborn belly you must eat clean and healthy. Cardio and weights can help speed up the process but if your still going out and picking up that fast food from that drive thru your not going anywhere with that belly fat.

to lose weight fast try and focus on your legs. They're the largest muscle mass and it'll burn the most calories through cardio. For the lower abs, do leg lifts. those will help the lower part of your abdominal areas ( If I remember right anyway).
