I think Mud Wrangler is right,he's at the wrong track ! He needs to get out of the car and concentrate on running his business before he loses it.

Waltrip can't worry about racing and managing his own team...he's not that skilled! That's why if he still wanted to have raced he shoulda stayed on a team.....where he was doing just fine! Now he's only qualified for 2 races and Jarrett's only qualified for 2 on speed and the other 4or 5 where on champion provisonals....they both need to get their head's straight and figure out what waltrip wants more.....to be a team owner....or a driver.

Waltrip has been finished since he left DEI! Even then he wasnt all that great he just had a good team...
I dont think he will be great or even good at this Toyota gig eather. I do think he has too much going on and should find a new young driver to fill his spot!

Which Waltrip?
Michael can't seem to qualify for races and I blame that one on Toyota cuz Dale Jarret can't seem to qualify either.
DW is around on foxsports website writing stories and giving his input as always, just not on tv for now.

Micky problem is more that one thing. First, Toyota's aren't doing very well. 2nd, his biggest problem is owner points. He's qualified faster than many cars that are racing, yet he can't be in the race because the first 35 spots are owner point spots. That means 8 spots are left and probably 15 to 20 cars are trying to get those spots.

Darrell is off for the rest of the year from the broadcasting booth. Mikey is trying to get MWR to a top 25 competitive organization.

Michael should just concentrate on his team and get them Toyota's where they should be, which is in better contention and qualifying for more races. I think his driving career is over, and it's just a sign for God that he needs to resign as a driver and take complete interest in being a team owner.

He's still trying to drive when he should hire some talented young driver. He should concentrate on being a owner and not a driver.

He needs to hang up the driver suit and just focus on being a team owner.
