A lot of these little nasties can only be removed if you boot in safe mode and log in under the default Admin account, then run a scan with one or all of your removal tools. IF this doesn't work just try googling the name of the spyware and I am sure that there is some site out there that has the answer as to how to remove it. Google has never failed me yet.

It may not be spyware, it may just be the sites you go to that have these as sponsors.
Go to http://www.analogx.com/
In browser add-ons, you will find a file called POW! "BHAM! Give those browser popup windows a taste of their own medicine... You didn't open it, so why should you have to close it?" This is the download link if you want to go straight there.
http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/network/pow.htm
When a pop-up opens, click on POW to programme it in. When you then send POW back to the tray, the window closes, and never opens again. Any window can be entered, and you never see it again unless you take it back out of the list.

If you're using Windows XP, try a system restore first before doing something drastic. After that, another option is HijackThis. Good luck!
