OK so basically i have known him 4 years, and he has always been really rude to me. but then we started going to school with one another, and he was still mean..
After the first year..My parents were getting a divorce, and we had to get out. I broke down infront of him,and he told me he would help me.
he is still kinda mean sometimes, but somepeople say he looks at me for periods of time,and today we were skating, and he was laughing, and he tried to tickle me....
what does this MEAN??
did i mention its one of my brothers friends...

Well, he probably does like you. But, as you are his friend's sister, it would be horribly "unmacho" for him to admit this, particularly if you are his friend's little sister. So he's probably trying to cover his feelings with his extreme rudeness. Maybe now he's starting to see that it's okay to like you. Guys seem to have some code that states that you do not date a friend's sister/ex/cousin. Just not done. But things may yet work out, good luck!

LOL, I always get amused when girls ask this question. The common assumption is that girls already know when a guy likes them. Well, anyway, here are some signs:
- He tries to physically get close to you (I don't mean in a sexual way)
- He compliments you
- He looks at you when you're not looking
- He teases you
- He does nice things for you
- He (if he is shy) acts all nervous and goofy
- He talks so comfortably with other girls (who are just friends) but talks with you in a different and stuttering way

Well I wouldn't mess with any of my brothers friends thats just a line that you don't cross. If I were you I would ask him why are you being mean to me? Is there a reason for your meaness? Then see what he says, then depending on his answer, if there is no reason for him being mean then say "well could you stop being mean to me because I don't appericate it" And if he says " I do like you" you have to think about how he acted and how rude he was to you, do you want to be with someone like that?

this means that boy prably acts mean to you because you is his freind brother. He could like you too since he was staring at you. My boyfreind stares at me sometimes too. He can be hidding the fact that he likes you and dont know how to say it.
He dont want say it or have feelings for his freind sister.
Just tell him the truth when yall skate again. Say do you like me cause you always starimg at me and other peolpe say that. Sometimes you be nice and mean to me a times.

there is a saying: those who fight like eachother
if he has bein rude and mean to you then he might like you but doesnt show it and if he stays looking at you then he is checking you out

i think he likes you. his rudeness to you was acceptable i guess, and that what he could do to covered his true feelings. try to open your heart to him and let him slowly get inside
