Believe it or not, some girls find that attractive. Why else would characters like Will on Pirates of the Carribean, or Bingley in Pride and Prejudice be so immensly popular with ladies? Just have confidence and be yourself, and you'll find the right girl eventually!

Depends on the girl. Some girls like pretty boys with a baby face. Other girls don't. If you are insecure about your soft features, go to the gym and start to pump some iron. Then your body will be masculine which will balance out your feminine facial features. If you are really young, don't worry too much now.

If all the soft featured guys were never to be eligible for marriage, they would all be living on an island alone--anyone can marry anyone--no rules--no laws about who looks like what and do they marry. You should look for women who want a man that is respectful and honest and can communicate--looks have nothing to do with it.

if you start wearing tight jeans, tight shirts (metro etc), that might be pushing it.
If you try wearing masculine clothes (muscle shirts, cargo shorts, whatever) it will help a little. Assert but not overcompensate your masculinity.
Soft features are a plus for lots of girls. Most male movie stars and pop stars have soft features, especially the younger ones. Are they short of any girls? Probably not.
