I have been dieting since the first of the year, and have lost 30lbs. I do not limit myself on Vegetables, but should I be? I eat mostly fresh veggies, tomato, onions, cucumber, broccoli, celery, corn... If I do cook them, I cook with 0 calorie parkay, and I limit myself to only 2 servings of fat free ranch daily... Is there any vegetables I should avoid?

First of all, congratulations on losing weight! Vegetables are of course a great way to keep yourself full and nourish your body.

The only vegetable I can think of to avoid if I were you would be avocado in large amounts. It is high in fat. See my source below for more nutritional information.

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.newlproject.info and order you free trial, also you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling. Good luck!

Congratulations on your weight loss. Sounds like you are doing great. If you are worred that your weight loss is slowing down, I would stay away from the corn. I don't really feel it has much nutritional value and it is high in carbs. Keep up the good work.

Not really. All very low cal. The more variety the more natural vitamins and minerals you get. Only if something makes you "socially unpleasant"

NO! Veggies keep your belly full and give you fiber.
