Im turning 15 this september, But i lied to him and told him im already 15. Do it matter that i lied about?

It is not good to start a relationship with a lie. It is never good to lie. And imagine if your relationship goes beyond his 18th birthday...it will not be legal for you to be together. hmmmmmm something to think about!

yeah thats weird, some girl told me she was 17 but she was really 16 and im 19 that 1 year makes a differance, u should wait a little 14 is 2 young and so is 15 especially for a 17 yo

Well, if you lied to him, that's not the best start to a relationship.
Is he almost 18? If so... that's ILLEGAL!
I think it's too much of a difference at THAT age. You're 14, and... guys that are 17 only want one thing really.
I say... why don't you go for someone your own age?
It's Ok when you're older... 16 or so... but it's not good when you're still maturing.

And age aint nonthing but a number... it 's how you act and how mature you are ... it's only about a 2 1/2 years difference it seems like ...

Ronesha, why did you have to lie about it though? i know your still young and all but let this be a lesson next time that if you feel the need to lie to get someone to approve of you then they are probably not the person to be with. your lie may not matter to him but its seems as if you messed up before you got the chance to start something. know that you are beautiful and you deserve someone who likes you for you. you dont want to grow up too fast, girl!

yes it does matter because u lied and sorry to say a boys brain is going crazy for hormones and all they might want out of it is to "DO IT" sorry to say but 2yrs is a whole lot because u are still young and he is almost an adult so no dont do it but remain close friends

Yep! You all don't need 2 talk beacuse you can get him in BIG trouble. Have you watched the news lately? A dude is facing 10 years in prison because of the same age difference. Save a life! Don't get his life tooken away because you want 2 talk 2 him. If you care about him, please let him go. We don't need anymore young men locked up because of this.
