Ok so I went to another festival tonight and the girl who i was with that I like wanted a fish really badly. I got lucky and won it for her. (I also bought her some ice cream). After I won the fish for her I hugged her (which i always do) but since were just friends I can't for some reason just kiss her. Like if I were dating her it would be easier but I don't want to be pushy and also I known her for a long time. Should I just kiss her next time instead of saying in my head "I'll do it next time". I just really like her because she is a great girl.

If you feel this strongly, I say go for it. Look into her eyes, smile, make it a light kiss at first so she doesn't feel pressured. Most likely if she doesn't want to kiss you she'll stop it right there. But if she does want to kiss back she'll make it known. Good luck.
Don't ever go without saying how you feel. You'll only regret it.

Well maybe you should find out how she feels about you. Maybe say something like, "hey, we have been friends for a while and was wondering exactly what you think of me? Am I like a brother? Boyfriend?"

Yes, kiss her, but don't make it quick and clumsy. Just lock her gaze, smile soflty, and slowly come in for a short but not too short kiss. Remember: don't keep you're eyes open!--It's creepy.

dont scare her by going straight from friends to more. Kiss on the forehead is sweet, and its like your saying "i apreciate you alot, and i feel special when im with you"
