You"re still a child but I have been there and have others walk through, what I call a mind. So brace up and walk the straight and narrow. Let not another see behind the veil which hides the child, for each hide this small being which the environment has created. I better stop but once after three an half years of therapy my doctor says "You have a weird mind but I like it."
I have several phobias, such as the fear of height but I walk a i-beam over a river and I can not swim. I know how am I alive, so fight you fears and you can win but its a day battle.

Ask if they have any alternate options. If not, maybe you can go as an inpatient. It seems to me that they should take your condition into consideration. Maybe they have and the trip is part of your therapy. You have the right to question them, but don't refuse treatment. You know you have a problem that you can't fix by yourself, so let them help you. And, pray. You'll be surprised how much it helps and it's a private thing so you can talk to God about whatever you need to talk about. Maybe you should pray silently with things being the way they are now.

You need to give it a try before deciding that it's not doable. Don't try to decide now what you cannot achieve. Take one day at a time, and tell yourself that you will do your very best to get to therapy.

Look, I'm not a mental health expert, so I don't know how painful this ordeal is for you. But you sound like you know what needs to be done, and you believe that you can do it if you really try.

Try to think positive and be determined. Don't worry about failing. Just try your best and treat every new day as another opportunity for you to succeed at achieving your goals. And if you fall down one day, pick yourself up the next day and try again. That's how I get by.

GO!, or condemn yourself to a life of living (existing?) as you are, at present, with virtually no hope of improvement. Use the treatments for anxiety and social phobia at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris on pages 6 and 9, the relaxation methods and EFT on page 2, and read BPD, at the foot of page 1.

Your CPN incredibly advised you, you're no longer psychological? I rather doubt that. according to hazard you meant you have been advised which you're no longer insane, yet have psychological wellbeing issues. this could be something, considering which you gave no information. melancholy, worried dibility, stress, panic states, over sensitized, agoraphobia, schizophrenia, psychotic, or a mix of psychological wellbeing subject concerns. in case you elect for to renowned what you're clinically determined with, all you may do is ask. they could permit you recognize, via regulation.

Sometimes you have to take what you can get. I have pretty much the same problem, except I'm nearly twice your age. I have to go across town to see my psychiatrist and about the same distance to see my therapist. I dread going, but I know that I have to, if only to get my prescriptions. I have to psych myself up for days before I have to go.
