You probably mean Pugs - big eyes flat noses, but there are other contenders.

there are a couple different breeds like that, there are Sharpeis and English Bull Dogs [which are smaller breeds] and there are Boxers, which aren't as flat at the two smaller breeds but never the less flatter than most.
