practice does not make perfect, but the more you practice the closer you can get to perfect. since humans are not perfect themselves, we can never be perfect. but practicing and learning more about the specific subject you are trying to get a better understanding will allow you to know more than the average person that does not practice. practice makes perfect is just a saying that if u practice you will get better at it. for he who does not try fails.
