once you settle for Jesus you're then considered to be born again - your previous self is now no longer and now you're a clean individual by ability of Jesus. Baptism is extra of a symbolic/seen kind of being born again - the act its self doesn't each and every of the surprising make you "born again" (also, human beings get baptized as an example obedience to God, yet when you aren't from now on getting baptized it doesn't propose you're going to hell or some thing). In a way, the time period "born again" is extremely a figurative component besides because you aren't from now on actually being born again, that's extra of a feeling and a thanks to describe your new existence in Jesus. reckoning on the denomination (Baptist, Church of Christ, and so on.) the translation of all this can nicely be very different. i'm Baptist, so that's coming from a Baptist's view. :)

Physically, mentally, no. Baptism won't just wipe away the physical effects or memories. But spiritually, I would have to say, yes.

After all, you believe that baptism "washes away all sins," right? So if the sin no longer remains, it's safe to assume that your a spiritual virgin.
