I like the names Conor, Kynan or Ronin (for a male) or Shae (for a female) but I agree with the other writers who said keep the name simple and easy to call out in an emergency.
The following sites may be helpful to you. They are just some of many that I found on Google. If you want to find more just type in "Irish dog names" into Google. Good luck.

Kelly would do well for either a male or female. Keep it simple and easy for the dog to recognize. Not too many syllables. Nothing that sounds too much like a command word. Easy for you to spell and pronounce.
(I really like O’Shaughnessy, but that would not be an easy name for you to use in an emergency. Your pup slipped his collar and is about to dart out into the street. You call, "O’Shaughnessy, come! Here, O’Shaughnessy!" Only by now he's half-way to the next county. Or headed to an emergency vet visit.

My Minaiture Schnauzer's name is Clodaugh or Clodagh! It is perfect for dogs because it is Gaelic for love, friendship, loyalty! It is also a river in Co. Tipperary. For a call name you could say, "Chloe!" That is what I did for her. (Female)
You could also name her my name, "Rory." It is after a high king of Ireland. (Unisex)
The pure Gaelic form is "Ruaidhri." That is hard to say, and hard for a dog to understand.
Brody and Grady are also very cute Irish names! (Male)
I found a wonderful list a few years ago of ALL Irish pet names:
http://www.pet-net.net/pet-names/irish-names.html
Try to keep it 2 syllables. One is too short, three is too long. You could also shorten most of these long or confusing names. (Like I did with Clodaugh to Chloe)
Best wishes from the O'Brien clan and Clodaugh! :)
