Read a lot, and get plenty of exercise. I read an article in Newsweek magazine, page 38 of the March 26, 2007 issue that says that exercise does help to promote brain development. So read, exercise, and eat healthy. And don't forget to accept yourself for who you are. We are not all rocket science material. I know I certainly am not. But we all have gifts. Do your very best at everything you do and try to discover what your gifts are.

Find a subject that you are madly in love with and do some research on that particular subject. Incorporate reading, writing, speaking skills on this subject. As you master your language arts skills you will become more proficient and your knowledge will increase in a more natural manner. Then you can pursue other interests and do the same.

study and do schoolworks, do your assignments and projects in schools.. you will surely learn from them. Read any book or magazine you like.. It's a form of entertainment and at the same time you will be able to widen your vocabulary as well as learn general informations... Use your time wisely... Good Luck! =D
