how do you deal with them!!! i mean if i hit him or sumthin he wines to my mom!!! wut else should i do?

i have one younger sister she's11 and i'm 16.and she is very annoying at times.were kinda close so we talk and everything but when i get mad at her or she gets mad at me we start gettn big wit each other.then i jus slam her or something.then we start argueing or really fighting.cuz at my house if you go tell the paent you'll be known as a snitch so u have to handle things on your own

He is probably being annoying because he wants attention and wants to hangout with his big sister. Have you tried talking to him. Mabe he just wants someone to talk to that can give him compasion. But I'm not sure because I don't have any sisters I just have an older brother.

Well mine live hundreds of miles away and that seems to have solved the problem. Have you considered not hitting him? That would stop the whining to your mom.

You are not the parent. You have no right to hit him or something. You seem to be the annoying one. Keep your hand in your pockets.

thats a tough question. i have to very annoying sisters, one is 6 and the other is 13. i wouldn't hit him cause that only gets you in trouble, i would tell your parent and let them deal with it. or you could lock yourself in your room, and you will probably need a radio or stario, so that if they knock you can't hear.
