I'd go see an Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialist. A serious swallowing problem could be due to numerous things like amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), a stroke or some other neurological disorder. A speech therapist (as someone else suggested) cannot treat you without a doctor's order. A speech therapist cannot diagnose, only treat the symptoms.

if you think it is really bad and is getting worse then don't wait any longer and just see a doctor.
