Because of his composive disorder, he can't leave anything in order without touch it until it is out of whack. I clean and it last 3 seconds. What should I do?

If you are able to discuss this with him I would suggest that you go with him to seek help. If he has no care to change the way he is and it effects your way of life, you should re-think your living situation.

if this guy has a mental disability then you can not do anything to help him. but if you can not deal with this then simply get reasigned to a new rooming buddy. Good luck.
