Maybe I should give up on language alltogether.

Did you rat her out? Call her out on her lie to another? If so, she's mad for being caught, annoyed that you have different standards than she does, and is worried she looks like a jacka*s. Don't give up on language, keep trying. If you two can't understand one another, perhaps you need to get away from eachother. There are some people that just can't communicate the same. It's frustrating, but it's common. You both have had different life experiences, values, thoughts, feelings and goals...it's a miracle two people CAN even communicate, but it happens, and when it does, it's magic.

Did you see 'Ask Mike's' (Yahoo staff) question and answers about lying. Some interesting stuff in there.
What did she lie about and what were you truthful about that made one another mad? Wife, girlfriend, mother, friend, sister...? It could make a difference. I love language, don't give it up. You couldn't anyway.

Sounds crazy- but no matter what- the truth is always best.
Why would a woman prefer a lie?
Is it the old- does this dress make my butt look fat or is it much more serious?
If the person you're with wants to live a life of lies because they can't face the truth- maybe they're not for you.
Personally, I couldn't do it.

How can she be mad at you for telling her the truth? Explain to her that you know shes lying. and let her know you're telling the truth. And let her know that you want her to be honest with you. I dont know what else to tell you.

Tell her u love her to much to keep a secrete from her and that you wish and hope she feels the same, u love her to much to hurt her. if u really ans truly love her, u won't give up, but u have to let her know wat she did by lying to u, hurt u even more because she kept a secret from u, lether know that she has to apo;ogize first , she lied not u. i live by this famous quote a friend gave to me pass it on to her and see wat she says!:
"Never give up on someone you can't go a day without thinking about"© and i have yet to and u shoud'nt give up either u apparently care enough to ask about it so u don't hurt her!! hope this helps and good luck with it!!

always tell the truth. i mean you don't want a relationship built on lies. if you did something wrong then tell her wht u did and learn from it and if she gets mad at that then dump her you don't need her anyway!

You should realize she's a liar and you don't want to have to always wonder if she lying do you? Cut your losses now and move on! Good Luck!

she was the one that lied in the first place, does she have a right to be mad at you ?!?
