My younger adopted sister will be joining our family 1 week before my wedding. I would like to make her feel special by having her wear a corsage or something.

A small arrangement or even a single flower like the ones being used in the wedding.

That is so sweet of you, you are already going to make a great big brother. You could give your sister a rose corsage with carnations or something small surrounding it to represent your family surrounding their newest addition. Since she is 10 you may also want to find out what her favorite flower is and present the corsage with her flower in it.

Also if you would like to make her feel special, maybe you and your fiance could go in together and buy her a special necklace that represents family or engraved with her name.

Congratulations on the new addition to your family and on your upcoming wedding.

I think she would feel special wearing a nice corsage on her wrist. She's 10 years old so she is still a very innocent child, but I'm sure she's already at the point where she's seen movies with girls wearing corsages to their proms and I bet she would love to wear one. I've never wore one in my entire life and I bet i would feel so special if I ever got one.

A wrist corsage matching the wedding party would be nice.

A smaller size carnation chest corsage or wrist corsage will make her feel special and honored.

Just dress her as one of the brides attendants, with flowers in her hair or dress to match the bridesmaids. My cousin insisted I be in her wedding because I introduced them and it was very special to me.She could be in charge of smoothing the bridal train.Ask her if she would like to participate in some way. Each of my family contributed something toward my wedding and that made it even more special. If not the wedding, then the reception.Have her keep track of who to send Thank you cards to,and what for.If it's a family occasion and she can't participate, she'll feel she's not family.

I agree with the wrist corsage. It is worn like a bracelet and she can enjoy looking at it.

Maybe put a little flower spray in her hair, or a little wrist corsage. It can be of any flower of your choosing!

I would use a carnation. They last pretty long and are more durable than a rose, meaning they would last through a 10 year olds activeness. Congratulations.
