he just isn't trying why should he try he's got a contract with someone who might actually put a car under him.he has plenty of talent , no one has wondered why martin treux Jr has been running up front , what did he just realize he can drive a car . i don't think so Teresa Earnhardt is just pulling funds from dales car ... he is not a priority ride anymore..he's just putting in laps this year ,,,,give him 2 years max he will be a champion

Wah wah wah....Whats with all the whining. Too much on his mind. C'mon! He is a professional driver. He cant check that at the door and concentrate on the car during a race, are you kidding me.
Could it actually be he is just an average driver. But with his last name its hard for some to look objectively.

Let's see - only one win in 2005 and 2006, and no wins this year as well. Oh yeah, the stress level must be the only reason. How about lack of talent? We'll find out next year. If it wasn't for his record on restrictor plate tracks, he'd hardly ever win a race, and now that DEI restrictor plate cars aren't so dominant, that has disappeared as well. Amazing how a guy that hardly ever wins gets soo much press. What's that all about?

has he had the ability to just drive and not have a billion other things rush through his brain? multitasking that way in a race car cannot be a good thing...thats omitting all the other stuff like the cot sucks, bad tires, the stuff that comes up normally

Why do you think it is that Ryan Newman, Carl Edwards, Tony Stewart, Kurt Busch, Mark Martin, Greg Biffle, Jaime McMurray, JJ Yeley, Kasey Kahne, etc etc have not won a race yet?

I think it's his crew chief more than anything else. Dale will do better once he's at Hendrick's.

1. Poor crew chief that cant set up the right package for his driver. "I didnt know those brackets were illegal"
2. Im not giving you Majority ownership of your dads company. Take a hike if you want. "Oh, I was just bluffing"
3. Why are my fans throwing beer cans? Just because I have bud "on my car", doesnt mean you can throw bud "at a car".

I would have to say Mommy. It seems like after senior died DEI just got behind. I think she doesn't want to spend the money on research and development like other teams. In her defense she would have to come to the track to notice theirs a problem
