"Juan B" is partly right, the distance and riving time are about right, but the time of day does make a difference in how long it takes you to really get there.

In the morning and afternoon there are 2 rush hour periods, from 6 am to 9:30-10 and in the afternoon starting at 3 until 7 pm so you have window of opportunity in the morning from 11 am to 2:30 pm.

And after 7pm in the evening, it is nicer in the summer as you have the sunsetting and the roads are less cluttered.
