This could be many, many different things. Here are some of them. Depression, leukemia, thyroid tumor or non functioning thyroid, fibromyalgia, brain tumor. It sounds more like a thyroid or adrenal gland problem than anything else. Bottom line, see a doctor.

Go to the doctor SOON! There are a number of things that could be going on. Many of which make each other worse so it takes a good doctor probably cardiologist to sort it all out. My dad and I both have cardiovascular problems both very different from each other but both run out of breath, don't do stairs well, occassional chest pains etc. With the research and experience I have I would expect a full blood panel, an echo and either a CTA or MRA. A blood workup will show why you are bruising so easily which sounds like it is thin and not clotting right. It will also show thyroid and kidney functions and more. If your heart would be enlarged you could have congestive heart failure and any problems that might be in your lungs would make the heart worse and vice versa. The type of pain you are having in your chest would explain a lot also. If it is sharp or tearing it could be that your blood vessels are weak which also could explain the bruising. You have a lot of symptoms to sort out and it would be best with a doctor's help.

I'm not sure how old you are, but as a heart patient my self those are the many symptoms of some kind of cardiovascular problem. I would have a complete cardiovascular work up done. Which uncludes upper and lower periphial exams. complete MRI, Complete body doppler test including carotid artery testing. Stress test and the last resort angiogram done on your heart that is the most accurate test that is availible today. If they find any blockages do not have angioplasty they only last a couple of months but have the new coated stents that can be cleaned by what's called" breaky theropy " or radiation theropy. You will need to find a hospital that is trianed in that area.
Sincerely yours,
Fred M. Hunter

You need to go to the doctor now! If the bruising is happening really easily your platelets might be low and you might not be able to clot. If you are not eating you might have vitamin and mineral deficiencies which could be causing your hair to fall out and causing other problems. You could be losing blood or not be making new red blood cells and have anemia which would explain the fatigue and weakness when you climb stairs. These are all just possibilities. You could have something very seriously wrong with you, you need medical attention as soon as possible! If you don't have insurance find a free clinic or something, anything but get to a doctor now and have them at least run some blood work.

OK, huh, first of all you need to get to the emergency room darlin! Sometimes stress and depression are culprits of your symptoms since they are silent killers...........
Bruising and other symptoms could be from what they call Lupus. My sister has gone through all of these same symptoms and she is diagnosed with early stages of MS. Not to say you have the same thing, but it is apparent that you have something to look into.
Please take pictures of the bruising when they occur and take to your doctor to keep on files to get something done!
Not eating right and possibly getting dehydrated will cause your heart to show symptoms of trouble.
If you cannot afford a doctor, please consider some vitamins, and Zinc from the store. Zinc helps deter bad bacterias and it helps you build your immune system + gives you energy. Use Tea Tree Oil (just a few drops) in your shampoo.
It will invigorate your hair follicles and your scalp will turn around and protect your hair.

You need to see your doctor and do labs. You might be diabetic, have a thyroid problem or could have GERD. You could also have more than one problem making several symptoms. You really should be seen as soon as possible so the doctor can screen you for serious illness and help you with your awful symptoms. Best of luck to you!!

I'm no doctor but those symptoms are SIMILAR to what I had this past winter--well I STILL have it--there is no cure...it's called congestive heart failure and I also have pulmonary hypertension... go to your doctor and have him test your oxygen levels and give you a stress test (just walking on a treadmill with electrodes pasted on you), and have your potassium levels check as well (blood tests)...also, if you should be swelling at ALL, that is also a symptom...it's not necessarily a death sentence, and it does NOT mean a heart ATTACK... it just means that your heart may be enlarged and it can't pump enough blood fast enough to your other organs.... BUT, don't get too worried about it because you probably don't have it at all. that's the bad thing about having illnesses and asking on HERE--when you should be asking YOUR DOCTOR!!!!!!

Check with your doctor. it could be thyroid disease or mono. I had many of your symptoms other than nauseous. Stress from you other symptoms could be causing you the chest pain. Our bodies work in mysterious ways. Take it easy and go see a doctor. Calm down.

It could be due to iron deficiency. Are you anemic? Check with your doc... You might need supplements since it sounds like you are not eating right and not getting the necessary nutrients (iron) from your diet.
