My supremely idiotic cousin brother deleted the folder that had Powerpoint, Excel, Access and some other Microsoft Office 2000 utilities. Only MS Word was spared. What do I do to get them back? Please tell me.

I took a risk, but it worked. Thanks for all your help, guys. I restored my system to a week ago, when everything was in top condition and gave my cousin a good talking-to. I have to do the work again on my project, but that is better than having no program to complete it!

Everything's working. But now, you see, Powerpoint is not at all working. It asks me to insert the Microsoft 2000 Premium disk and I don't have it. Every other utility (Word, Access) is going just fine.

See if ur talking about the 'Microsoft Office' folder on the start menu don't worry. Its just a shortcut and the original stuff is not deleted. If you have not cleared the recycle bin, go to recycle bin, select the folder and then click restore from the pop up menu u get by right clicking. If you had cleared the recycle bin too then go to the start menu, select run and enter this "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11" , a folder will popup in the folder ull find all your office tools but in different names(slightly diff names eg. msaccess for microsoft office access). Now if you want shortcut to it , right click the files u want to be added as a shortcut on the desktop and then goto to 'send to' from, the right click popup menu and select ' Desktop(as shortcut) now ull have a shortcut of the file on the desktop. If u had deleted the core folder i mean' office 11' then u have to reinstall office. No other go. Hope u found this helpful

If you're talking about the folder on the Start Menu, it wasn't deleted at all, only the shortcuts were. If you're talking about the folder in C:\Program Files, you can only install them again.
