Animals of the Amazon rainforest is easy: sloth, harpy eagle, jaguar, piranha, electric eel, tapir, caimen, green anaconda, and many more. Plants of the Amazon not as easy as of the top of my head. Did a little research and found: Ayahuasca Vine, Piri-piri, Curare, Deadly Nightshade, Rubber Tree, Yuca, Barbasco, Achiole, Passion Fruit, and Cat's Claw. These are mainly harvested for medical uses. The website had a buch of pop-ups so if you have pop-up blocker no problem.
This second link you have to scroll way the heck down and it has tropical rainforest animals in general, not just in the Amazon. So it has the southeast Asian rainforest animals and so on.
