He thinks I am hot and told me he doesnt care if I wear heels to a wedding we are going to on Saturday. I dont want people to stare at us. Are most men intimidated by tall women?

He is funny as heck and we like each other a lot. He has this really stare a hole thru you look when we photo together and its so hysterical to look at us together. I am always smiling and he looks very staunch and serious.

Don't worry about it...seriously, height is like the least important possible factor in a relationship...I doubt anyone will even notice. Just go in heels and your best outfit and enjoy the opportunity to celebrate a friend's marriage!

I'm pretty short and would give anything to be taller than my boyfriend for a little bit, but most guys are already sort of intimidated by extremely tall women (but don't let that worry you). My advice would be to not wear extremely high heels or anything, but a little bit of a heel is okay. :)

I am 5'10 and I am still devastated 26 years later that Bill Lloyd dumped me right before prom because he said he was embarrassed to be shorter than me. (whew thanks for letting me vent that)
Yes, I would wear heels. I think he sounds like a confident guy and like he is looking forward to being at the wedding with the second best looking woman (I think the bride automatically gets the number 1 spot as it's her day)
Kiss him (on the cheek) for me and tell him you like a man who is secure.

If he says he really doesn't care, then it probably doesn't bother him. Most men would tell you if it did. So wear heels if you'd like, just don't let what other people might say bother you.

The heels dont matter, except for the pictures. You may wish to be the same height for those, Other than that, dont sweat it.

My husband is 3" shorter than I am. I wear the shoes I want and it has no effect on his manhood. It doesn't matter when you're both lying down. Have you ever seen jockeys' wives. They are always taller than their hubbies.

but you can if you feel comfortable to do so, and if he don't mind .....then go for it.
