I do believe in reincarnation, I do not believe it is possible to remember past lives (at least, not without going totally insane).
Your brain if full of all of your memories and experiences from this life. If you could remember your past life, your brain would have to sort out which memories are from this life and which are from the past one (maybe more than one in the past). Personally, I don't think human brains have evolved that capacity.

Yes. No because it is not the self that I am now that will be reincarnated but the matter that this self is made of simply becomes something else.

I think I did when I was younger and I have a good idea on my past lives (Nothing too exciting really) but I am more focused on getting this one right at the moment.
