I'm not sure. I know if you plug a 110 volt appliance into a 220 power supply, it could explode( like my boyfriend's speakerbox for his car). If the appliance is higher than the power supply, i'm not sure what'll happen,though. I don't know if it'll have the same reaction or not, but even if it didn't, i doubt it'll be enough power to run the appliance properly, so i wouldn't reccommend it.

Yes, but there's no point. The voltage is too low for them to work properly.

no because you then will get a power surge or it might explode or distruct
