Apparently you have never read about the Egyptians and the Greeks. Get back to me when you do.

Uhh... no, Islam is not the only "religion" to have contributed to science. Islam itself has contributed nothing to science; Islamic scholars, however, have. Most contributions to science have been made in the non-Islamic world, however, and most within the last 50-100 years.

Fear Allah, and May Allah guide you.
In the Qu'ran there are many things that were known about the way a baby is formed and about reproduction. As well as other things that were revealed in the Qu'ran, before scientist came up with their discoveries thousands of years after the revelation was given to the Prophet Muhammed( may Allah bring peace and blessings upon him).
However, it is not permissable for us to argue about religion or make fun of other peoples religion. If I am incorrect please show me proof and evidence, some daleel.
This is not the way to call people to Islam and it is not going to bring you closer to Allah.
May Allah guide you Amin.

The Hindus invented the number "0". This was a major development for mathematics, without which, science would be relatively nothing.

Why would you say Islam rather then the individual persons who happened to me Muslim? Whatever strides in science those persons made way back when, are now moot. Science since have taken large leaps and bounds thanks to the free western world who are predominately Christian.

The Arabs contributed to science (and math), not Islam.
Religion is by its very nature anti-science.
