If the scholarship is based on merit then you will definitely risk losing it by getting bad grades. But even if it is based on 'need' you usually have to be a "student in good standing" so it is possible that you could lose all your scholarships if your GPA falls too low.

You need to talk to your academic counselor. But mainly, you need to get off your duff and pass that course, with a C at least! No excuses. Get the job done.

i think yes, if it is the schoo that finances yur studies. i think you have to maintain a certain level of GPA, depending of what the school excepts for you. if it is a private organization that gave you a scholarship, i don't think there is a problem but you must try to have better grade to except the organization to help you for the year that will follow!!!

yes, and I think that you only get 1 more chance to pass the same class without any penalties.

It won't affect any state grants (based on income) or loans. As for scholarships, it depends on what they were for. It may affect scholarships from the college or anything based on merit.
