Is it ok to delete everything from the hidden local settings temp file as its got loads of stuff in it??

Yes, it should be. I would actually recommend doing that.

Yes it's perfectly OK , and to make it easy, you can download the little program I use called CleanUp which does it quickly.

Chose the CleanUp452.exe

Restart the computer after install, and then run the program. You will be asked to Donate, but that is your choice if you wish to or not. Then click CleanUp ! button.
